Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How to Return or Exchange

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item for a different size, style, or pattern, we recommend emailing us first to ensure availability.

We will ship the exchange once we’ve received the original item in return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@theroverboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
